This party become National Event joined by regencies in Riau Province and event it is also joined by Malay Country. The anthusiasim of visitors to watch the boat race is caused by the unique culture value and the boats they prioritize. The way of the race held has value which must be supported by good physical strength.

         Jalur is a boat whose lenght 25-40M. The process of making Jalur is started by discussion among the society to look for wood the forest, to cut the tree which fulfils the requirements such as the greatness of thewood. The length of the wood, the age of the wood and even the dignity wood in the sorrounding forest.
